Create Your Own Business
You will start building business experience and leadership skills in your first year as a student in the Sidhu School. Collaborate with your peers to develop a business plan and launch your own business in your two-semester Integrative Management Experience course.

During the four-year Personal and Professional Development Program, you will learn how to strengthen your leadership skills and reach your professional and personal potential. Facilities
The Sidhu School of Business and Leadership is housed in the beautiful 80,000-square-foot Simms Center on Main. The $3 million state-of-the-art facility includes the Cardell Financial Center, which connects students to the finance world with state-of-the-art technology that provides real-time data and news. Located on the second floor of the Simms Center, the center features multiple Bloomberg trading terminals for student use.

Beta Gamma Sigma
Wilkes has established a chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society with more than 900,000 lifetime members in more than 190 countries
Beta Gamma Sigma inducts only the 鈥渂est in business,鈥 meaning that only the top 10% of undergraduate students and the top 20% of graduate students from AACSB-accredited schools are invited to join.
