By Brianna Parker | April 21, 2024

Dr. Gary Metts, assistant dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and director of the criminal justice graduate program, was appointed historian of the South Carolina FBI National Academy Board of Directors in early March.

Metts said, 鈥淚 am excited and blessed to represent 亚洲无码 and my fellow law enforcement officers throughout the state of South Carolina on this prestigious board. Attending and graduating from the National FBI Academy was the pinnacle of my 30-year career in law enforcement.鈥 Metts was selected to attend and graduated from the National FBI Academy in 2000.

The FBI National Academy Association is a nonprofit organization with over 14,000 law enforcement professionals who have dedicated their lives to their education and training. Less than 1% of law enforcement officers, internationally, are asked to attend this training.聽
